You will train with our pizza chef at our Marina del Rey location. This is practical training in which you will make many pizzas, learn to make the cheese and to care for the oven. At the end of a successful training, you will receive a certificate attesting to your proficiency in making Neapolitan pizza.* * Certification of your restaurant/pizzeria is another process. |
